DNAunion2000: I wondering what a .NET certification exam is like. For example, is it just a long list of multiple choice questions? Or is it hands on programming, where they assign you a task that covers several topics and rate you on your ability to create a solution?

All the MS certs are multiple choice.

You can find some sample tests if you search at google...
