I would like to draw a simple circle, maybe 4-5 inches in diameter.
It would be nice if I could have 60 notches around the circle and be able to write things at various parts of the circle
I am not a programmer and know vvery little. But this is for a project I am working on.

You mention you're not a programmer, so I'm wondering how you need this circle. I mean do you want help with some code or just as an image or something else that I'm missing?
If you're looking for help with some code, you may want to let us know which language. |

An image would work fine. I wouldn't even know what program to use. I only have windows xp.
It would be nice if I could spoke the circle, and be able write numbers at various spots. |

Below is a image of a "circle" with 60 sides - with those sides indented to have points. I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but if you provide more detail I could redo it for you.
Background color: white (#ffffff)
"Circle" color: black (#000000)
I'll leave you to put on the numbers at various spots like you want.

That is fantastic.
Is there a way to have a ringed circle around what you have done.
But, how to I down load it. Or do I just put it in word perfect and write stuff where I want. |

To download it, right click and save the image to your computer.
To add text to the image you should use an image editing program... MS Paint would work but it's not a great choice. If you have Photoshop, use that otherwise you can always download and install The Gimp.
If you want a ring around the outside of the image you'll have to wait until I get home from work and find time to do it (maybe late tonight). That or if you install The Gimp you can do that yourself. The ring was done from the center point of the image, so... if you find that and make a perfect circle from there it should all line up just fine. |

Sorry Hrqls, it was made in Photoshop using the Poloygon shape, setting the number of sides to 60 and using the options to indent the sides, round the points, etc. |
